50g Bacon rashers - middle or shoulder bacon are lower in fat
1 muffin split
Sauce
25g cottage cheese
Srirach - mesaure with your heart
Method
Fry up your bacon.
Fry up your egg - use the fat from your bacon instead of adding extra.
Combine the cottage cheese and srirach then spread onto your muffin split.
Add your bacon and egg and enjoy!
